Well, I am filling in my UCAS form, a bit late, but there we are.. I wrote my personal statment last night whilst watching a program on thee history of Asian immigration to the UK. It (the TV show) was very good, and I found out some interesting things. It also got me thinking and I came up with a new phrase... Wait for it.. Web + Log = Blog, and so British + Asian = Basian!!!! What do you think? It could have been done before, but not bad, and not as offensive as other slang terms for people of Asian origin.
I will post my personal statement at a future date. I thought that it wasn't that good, but Kaz and Ronald think it is.
